1.  Discuss a fun topic that a clinician is interested in such as a sport.  Talk about involvement, hopes, why, training, Where questions, how questions, etc.,any people you may know in the sport.  While this is not directly a behavior question, the activity of learning a sport is related to behavior.  By doing something like this, you are learning more about the supervisee and you can both learn about each other.
