I would take data to determine how often the intervention was being implemented by tallying the amount of tasks that were given and then noting if that task was modified or presented errorlessly. Permanent product could also be used if the child is given a writing exercise (the correct responses listed on the writing exercise for the child to copy would be the permanent product.
