1. I want to become healthier: I will incorporate TWO, 1/2 cup servings of vegetables into my meals daily. Examples – I will eat 1/2 cup carrots in my morning smoothie. I will eat 1/2 cup broccoli with my dinner. Onset – eating first vegetable (first spoonfull); offset – consuming last vegetable (last spoonfull)
  2. I will use frequency to collect data.
