  1. Overall goal: eating more vegetables daily. Incremental goals: 1/4 cup vegetables, 1/2 cup vegetables, 1 cup vegetables daily. 
  2. 1 – Meal preparation to increase likelihood of being more successful with eating vegetables daily (measure out vegetables and put in a contained in refrigerator to access easily as needed). 2 – Use visual schedule as a reminder to eat vegetables daily.
