I completed all 4 activities, but the one I responded the best to the one where you focus on your breathing for 1 minute. The one where you count to 10 was the second one I responded to the second best. When I started to breathe I felt all of the different places where my body was tense or hurting. Then I started to relax, but my thoughts started to take over so I had to remind myself to focus on my breathing. I kept repeating “breathe in, breathe out” in my head until I calmed down and started to relax again. It felt as if I was going to fall asleep.
