Antecedent Intervention 1: Reminder alert on my phone that goes off every hour to remind me to drink water

Antecedent Intervention 2: Always have a water bottle, filled with water, with me throughout the day

List of 5 Rewards: bag of popcorn, ice cream from Marble Slab, bag of chips, buy a new water bottle, buy a drink from starbucks
