1. Lucy will mindfully count to 10 when she is experiencing anxiety. She will sit down, remain quiet, close her eyes and focus on just counting when doing this activity.
  2. Lucy’s target behavior is when she is experiencing overwhelming anxiety. When Lucy is anxious, she bounces her leg, has a red face, puts her head down, and typically cries. The replacement behavior is deep breathing. When Lucy engages in deep breathing, she will sit or lay down, close her eyes, remain still and focus on her breathing for a count of 4 seconds on the inhale, hold for 4 seconds, and exhale for 4 seconds.
