1. Operational Definition: Decrease Sugar Intake as defined by ingesting foods and drinks that contain sugar and does not include fruit, or foods that contain honey. 

Onset: putting sugar food item or drink item to my mouth

Offset: swallowing and ingesting sugar food or drink item

Examples: candy, icecream, cookies, sugar coffee drinks

Non-examples: fruit, Peanut butter Perfect bars with honey, tea with honey

2. Data collection will include frequency data where I will give myself an emoji of my choice on my phone calendar for every day I am successful and do not eat sugar
