1. Goal: I will not eat foods that contain food or drinks that contain sugar for three consecutive weeks as reported by self-reported data collection. 
  2. incremental goals: a.) I will not eat sugar food or drinks for 5 days in a row b.) I will not eat sugar food or drinks for 10 days in a row c.) I will not eat sugar food or drinks for 15 days in a row
  3. Antecedent interventions: a) send myself a motivational quote at 12pm, 5pm, 8pm b) remove all sugar foods from my home and car
  4. Rewards: go shopping for a new outfit, feel good about myself, send myself “good job” messages on my phone, get a massage, I get to buy new plants for the garden
