The PDC-HS can be adapted to use in most settings and situations to evaluate performance problems for staff.  For my current practice, the PCD-HS can evaluate the performance on our office staff and help determine what variables are impacting their current performance as far as carrying out office duties, scheduling patients, and pairing patients to therapists.  After identifying the variables impacting performance, we can develop a specific intervention to meet their training and supervision needs.
