My overall goal is to increase water consumption to 48 OZ per day. BASELINE- 26 OZ a day

Incremental goals- 32 OZ, 38 OZ, 44 OZ

A couple antecedent interventions I will use is buying a clear bottle with the labeled OZ on it and posting sticky notes in the kitchen reminding me to keep refilling my bottle when its low. 

The five rewards I would use, when I meet my incremental goals, are: 1. 1 cup of favorite juice (orange or apple) 2. 1 soda pop (Coca-cola or Dr.Pepper) 3. Bite size candy bar (Snickers or Twix) 4. 30 minutes to play video games 5. Small bag of favorite chips (hot Cheetos or Ruffles)
