1)I would like to exercise on the elliptical at a speed of at least 1 for 30 minutes at least 3 times a week. The onset is stepping onto the elliptical and the offset is stepping off the elliptical. Examples would be pedaling on the elliptical, and non-examples would be standing still on the elliptical. 

2)I will collect data on duration (30 minutes) and frequency (3 times a week). I will record data on paper and use the timer on the machine or my phone to determine the 30 minutes.
