I do, dependent on age, functioning level, and other interventions that are paired with it. For example, there is research showing the effectiveness for individuals with DSM diagnoses of anorexia, anxiety, and depression. Much of the research shows effectiveness with neurotypical children and adolescents between the ages of 6-17, so ACT may not have enough evidence to support it’s effectivness with others who are neurodivergent, those under the age of 6, or those with limited language skills.
