Following the delivery of an Sd in contextually relevant situations, provide physical prompting and allow up to 5 seconds for the child to respond. Provide differential reinforcement: If The child responds correctly, provide an identified reinforcer and behavior specific praise (or just behavior specific praise if it is an identified reinforcer). If the child errors, provide a more invasive level of prompting to help them be correct, and do not deliver ( or deliver a smaller amount of) the reinfrocer. Immediatlely provide another opportunity for the child to practice the same skill, with a more invasive level of prompting to ensure they are correct.
