1) Exercise for at least 30 mins on the elliptical 3 times a week is the overall goal. Incremental goals: 1. Exercise on the elliptical for 15 minutes 2. Exercise on the elliptical for 30 minutes 1 day a week 3. Exercise on the elliptical for 30 minutes 2 days a week. 

2)Two antecedent interventions I could use are putting a reminder to go to the gym on my phone and putting my gym shoes by the door. 

3) Five rewards I will use are: 1. Bubble tea, 2. massage from husband 3. watch movie at home with husband 4. dinner out with husband 5. going to bookstore
